Mindfulness Meditation

Come into the Gompa or watch live on Buddha House Facebook for an hour of gentle nurturing meditation.
10am-11am every Tuesday morning.
There is a different meditation each time, so you can attend and watch regularly or periodically as it suits you.
You do not need to be Buddhist or an experienced meditator to participate or benefit from the session.
