This program aims to help children develop universal ethics for a happy life.
Activities that encourage a caring attitude and mindfulness, include a short meditation, stories, children’s yoga and role play.
Children between the ages of 4 and 10 years are welcome to attend and must be accompanied by an parent/carer for the duration of the hour long session.
