Beginners Buddhism – Sunday Talks

Geshe Konchog Kyab teaches and discusses many aspects of Buddhism including basic Buddhist philosophy, the meaning of mantras, the meaning of vows, instructions for developing a Buddhist practice, and much more; informal sessions with Q & A periods.

On Sundays from 11:00am to 12:30pm followed by a shared lunch, providing a time to talk with Geshe Kyab and other students.

Buddhism in a Nutshell is a short, introductory course on Buddhism for complete beginners. It presents basic Buddhist philosophy and principles within the Tibetan Mahayana context, and provides simple meditation instruction.

Buddhism in a Nutshell is presented in five sessions and covers the basic principles of Buddhism.
